Abakhi Bengcebo (Pty) Ltd (hereafter the company) is a company that aims to simplify property investment. The company purchases properties, develops and converts them into investment properties, then sells a portion of the interest. The maintenance of the property is entirely taken care of by Abakhi Bengcebo for a management fee of 10% on income earned by investors. Management includes all labour related costs but excludes material purchased to carry out repairs or maintenance. Abakhi Bengcebo aims to dispose of 75% interest in each property while retaining 25%. Once the 75% interest has been disposed of, transfer of ownership will occur to all new investors. Income earned by each investor is predetermined at full occupancy, thus investors are aware of expected returns upfront.

Our Aim

To make property investment completely passive for investors by acquiring, developing and converting the property into an investment property and then managing it on behalf of investors. Properties would be sold once full occupancy has been achieved.
